Dealer Car Search is the leading provider of website solutions and digital retailing while Monroney Labels provides dealers with solutions for pricing vehicles on their floorplan. Both teams are high-volume, full service teams that are directly led by me. Collectively, we are responsible for tens-of-thousands of dealerships across the world.

I was instrumental in leading high-velocity teams across one of the largest theological institutions in the world. These events included conferences, camps, concerts, graduations, and more; each servicing hundreds to thousands of attendees at any given time. We were known for our bespoke, hand-built designs, engineering, and successful launch of large-scale themes. At 19 years young, after being laid off from a previous job, I began working in corrections after the fall out of the 2008 housing market crisis. I didn't just walk cat walks and observe inmates from afar. I led teams of inmates in high-stress areas including outside grounds teams (outside of the prison compound - public facing) to kitchen and confinement units. These years, while difficult, were character forming.
