• Designed an electric snowmobile chassis from a blank sheet to meet the unique packaging requirements of an electric powertrain while still delivering great handling and ergonomics.

• The McGill Racing Team is a student run engineering design team which designs, builds, tests, and competes with a formula style race car prototype at annual FSAE/FS competitions. Between the 2010-11 and 2014-15.
• Led chassis sub-team from 2011-2015, overseeing design and manufacture of three space frames and the team's first CFRP monocoque.
• Designed laminates for a CFRP monocoque chassis using Matlab and spreadsheet calculations, FEA (NX) and extensive physical testing. Created ply flat patterns and a ply book with Fibersim.
• Manufactured patterns, tools, and both wet layup and prepreg composite parts.
• Successfully demonstrated safety of chassis designs through technical reports approved by FSAE Rules Committee for 11 competitions between 2012-2016.
