Senior Network Analyst
Within the System Modelling team, I undertake and overview a wide array of analysis and modelling activity to ensure that any potential changes to the infrastructure (e.g. track, proposed new stations etc) and/or rolling stock (trains), and the impact they have on the timetable are safe, compliant to implement and resiliently deliver the intended benefits for passengers and freight users. I relationship managed a diverse portfolio of c70 Ayrshire based SME’s who were in the £2m-£25m turnover or Bank Debt > £1m segments. I was their primary contact for all Banking requirements which spanned lending solutions, partner solutions and I was responsible and accountable for all aspects of their service delivery. I was a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to businesses and colleagues alike. I worked closely with specialist partners, enabling them to promote the benefit of their services to my clients, whilst retaining overall control of the client relationship. Within this role it was essential to be visible and well connected within the local marketplace to help SME’s realise their ambitions. Achieved via the preparation of a business plan, aligned to each client’s own needs / objectives.• Maintain a visible and positive presence, via the forging and maintaining of relationships, within the local business community. • Managed monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet to monitor income and asset growth. • Proactively enhanced customer satisfaction and advocacy.• Own and supervise the risks which existed, ensuring mechanisms existed to mitigate risk.
Assistant Relationship Manager
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, I was the second point of contact within the Bank for all Banking matters. The primary point of contact being either the Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager. The role of Assistant Relationship Manager involved assisting customers with a wide range of banking queries and delivering solutions on a face-to-face, telephone or email basis.
