Responsible for origination, LOI negotiation, due diligence, valuation, advisor management, legal documentation and preparation for post-closing integration. Completed five acquisitions (Europe, USA and Canada) that contributed 20%+ of total company revenues and 35%+ of EBITDA. Instrumental in the sale of Vicwest to two public companies providing shareholders with a 25% premium. Was deeply involved in this transaction in many ways, taking on roles and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the process.
