  Reporting to the CEO, and one of the five members of the Executive Team, I lead a team accountable for providing broad ranging HR and organisation development services in a multi-billion pound train leasing company.I led the successful de-merger of HR services following the £3.6Bn sale of the company by RBS in August 2008, and was responsible for ensuring that new systems were set-up from scratch, including introduction of a new HR MIS and policy formulation and negotiated contracts with key service providers including payroll, lawyers, recruitment firms and benefit providers realising significant savings.
