I'm the Group Managing Director for TXM which operates in the UK,America, Middle East and Australia, providing recruitment and turnkey project solutions. We work with some of the most successful engineering companies including brands such as Red Bull Technology and Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains.. My role along with our other board members is to ensure that our 16 businesses grow together strategically and maintain and ethical stance in all of our operations.I have over 20 years of experience in recruitment and I'm inspired and driven by hiring talent into our business who are prepared to go The Xtra Mile which is what TXM stands for. I'm also passionate about giving people with the right attitude the opportunity to achieve their potential.
