Based out of Hong Kong with an office in Singapore, I built a team of 10 staff carrying out some very exciting and innovative events for corporate, private and charity clients. In 1995 I founded a full-service event management consultancy that grew to become a significant player in the UK events industry turning over £3million. I was head hunted to run and develop the client management side of a business that worked in the sports sponsorship market, specialising in professional golf tournaments and pro-am tennis events. Clients included American Airlines and DHL

I began at Virgin by creating an account management team at a Virgin subsidiary company Virgin Airship & Balloons, which designed, built and operated airships and hot air balloons for companies across the USA and Europe.Subsequently I was asked to move to Virgin Group to create an internal organisation that would help harness the cross marketing opportunities that existed within the groups 100+ companies.
