EAGLE-Net Alliance was awarded a $100.6 million Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) grant from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to build a statewide carrier-quality sustainable broadband network to better connect education, libraries, government, and healthcare facilities. Manage a staff of 25 employees. Hold full responsibility for drafting environmental assessments, P&L, safety, and project management for the design-build project, as well as the ongoing maintenance contract. Direct all field engineers, construction managers, internal construction crews and subcontractors. Assure project deliverables meet budget and schedule requirements. Manage relationships with customer, permitting authorities, and subcontractors. Participate in proposal and contract development.
