Employer Group Rep
Current- Act as account manager for over 1,500 employer groups with core responsibilities including client billing, employee setup and enrollment in proprietary client management software, communicate health plan-specific.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and member services departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction with contractual services
- Promote collaboration between multiple internal departments, external brokers, and directly with the clients to ensure quality service and execution of contracted health plan services
- Participate in complex internal workflows to ensure accurate month over month billing and client communication on account discrepancies and system changes
- Maintain multiple internal and external relationships in order to meet departmental and organizational objectives, such as client contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Perform accurate and timely resolution of invoice errors and system issues causing poor client experience
