Provide excellent customer relations with industry and the media, quickly resolving issues or avoiding them altogether. -Project manager for upgrade of iridium inventory. Conducted market research, prepared acquisition package and cost estimates, engaged in negotiations, and oversaw the purification process and delivery.-Contracting Officer's Representative for strategic marketing solutions contract, overseeing daily reports and actions.-Other duties assigned and completed have included accounts receivable officer, event coordination, database creation and maintenance, customer satisfaction survey writing and data collection, and preparing press releases.
