I’m a planning and development specialist with over 25 years’ experience in all sectors throughout the UK. Experience of working in both the public sector and in-house, for a large corporate client, has given me invaluable insight into how I provide concise and commercial planning advice. I have a long standing track record in retail, leisure and commercial projects, often appearing as an expert witness. I also represent a range of clients across the UK on residential, healthcare, mixed use, energy, logistics and distribution, education and Green Belt release projects and I continue to work across the UK in all these sectors.I work on a wide range of projects in London and the South East for both private and public sector clients. I have recently advised key clients on repurposing large retail asset holdings, the acquisition and provision of logistics development, bringing forward mixed use projects on constrained sites and the development of energy centres and associated networks within London. I’m part of the Senior Management Team within Planning Consultancy and have responsibility for leading our team in London. I also have an overview of our growing socio economic and community engagement teams within Planning Consultancy.
