My team collaborates with Workday's customers to produce a remarkable experience that maximizes the benefits of the Workday platform. We work across the Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, Higher Education as well as State, Local, and Federal Government customer segments.

Expanding on the previous 2 years, I led a Field Services organization dedicated to serving the specific needs of Workday's customers in Financial Services and Professional Services.

I led a Field Services organization dedicated to building deep knowledge and solutions for the specialized operating and regulatory needs of Workday's customers in Financial Services and Insurance.

As a member of the Field Services organization, I focused on improving how large customers in the Eastern United States could maximize the impact Workday has on their HCM, Financials, and Analytics needs. My practice focused on translating Workday's constant pace of innovation into practical solutions to empower executives, managers, and employees to be great at what they do.

I partnered with the COO, CFO, and CHRO to develop a modernization roadmap based on Workday. The transformation involved enabling a transition to self-service and shared services in HR, a more robust record-to-report process for Finance, and new information transparency for operational leaders.

I joined Cushman & Wakefield to drive the deployment of a global ERP to enable consistent operations across the firm's 40 country footprint with the target outcome of enabling the firm's leadership to more effectively operate a global business.Our journey began with a plan for a single instance of Oracle PeopleSoft.HCM v9.1 was launched in 17 weeks (!) to facilitate consistent performance management and headcount reporting.We were a first mover on the upgrade to HCM v9.2 at Oracle Cloud Services.However, Finance opened the door to leap ahead by moving to a cloud platform in order to get out of the on-premise customization cycle.Workday was selected to replace all HCM and Finance platforms; 17,000 employees and $2B in revenue was enabled in 14 months with a global big-bang.36 legacy GL systems and 2 legacy HR platforms were rationalized into a single platform in Workday's most complex deployment at the time.Cushman & Wakefield merges with another global commercial real estate company 30 days before go-live.Workday is deployed to an additional 23,000 employees and $2B more in revenue in a second big-bang unfolding over 9 months.Over 400 integrations are delivered across the two deployments.

I joined Guardian to organize a SOX compliance program and as a transition from the consulting lifestyle. Through process adjustments, focused resource management, and transparent reporting, I restored predictability to the delivery of work product. I also reduced costs through improved management of multiple consulting partners who were over-billing for services.

Joining Andersen Consulting before I graduated from college, over 11 years I held roles in Human Resources, an Accenture-funded start-up, and the Oracle PeopleSoft practice working in a variety of industries: wireline communications, wireless communications, medical products, local government, and insurance. I built skills in HR operations, application development, offshore delivery, and finance transformation.
