I own and run a successful marketing and events company - Carpe Noctum Ltd. The experience I have gained in the 18 years since I founded it has helped inform our decision making with Ontapp and make it the best software of its type on the market.We use our in-industry experience to focus on the details. We build functionality, not frivolity, that works for businesses and customers to make transactions more efficient, faster and more fun. We've been able to do this by working with partners within the hospitality industry itself and by carefully analysing the data we get from customers and businesses using our apps.Anyone in events understands that all systems and especially technology take a beating when transferred from a normal environment into a high paced, high volume event environment. From my own events, I don't believe there is a ticketing technology platform I haven't managed to break with the help of my customers. Ontapp has been designed with this in mind from the very beginning. It has been built to handle the volume at a relentless speed. We've considered how it might work at 3 am with tired staff members not fully focused on what they are doing. We understand that a customer in hospitality can be much more difficult to handle in a noisy, late-night venue than that same customer in a retail environment during the day.If you download and use Ontapp you'll notice how we're always putting the customer first in the ordering experience. That's why we use rich imagery and descriptions to allow customers to make informed decisions. It's why our menus are intuitively laid out with the minimum number of steps from choice to purchase. It's why we are driving a "one app, everywhere" approach, where the value the customer gets from the app increases, the more venues within a local area join our community.We've come a long way since our launch on 4th July 2020, but it's only the beginning.
