I recently completed my certification in Educational Leadership and Administration from Heritage University. My long term goal is to becoming a school administrator who can foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for students and staff. I have over nine years of teaching experience in various grades and subjects, with a focus on language arts, history, and technology integration. I hold a M.Ed in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, where I conducted an action research study on the impact of online instruction on student achievement in multiplication. I also have multiple skills in professional development, edtech, and educational technology, which I have applied in creating and presenting workshops, leading a professional learning community, and piloting a new referral system for behavior management. I am committed to enhancing student engagement, academic performance, and social-emotional well-being through innovative and evidence-based practices.
