As I advance and gain seniority at Bowlero Corp, I gain more skills and experience. I continued to handle most of the responsibilities I had a a Shift Lead while also learning more about the business side of the job. In addition to managing shifts and coordinating our leagues, I have learned how to cook our entire menu, including adapting to multiple menu changes over time, and how to place appropriate orders for food, alcohol, and other merchandise. COVID-19 has presented special challenges for our business as well that I've adapted to, including increased workload such as more thorough cleaning while also working with extremely limited staff to control costs.

As a member of the management team I had to handle a variety of situations. I always had to be prepared to cover a station if an employee called off or else manage the situation and move employees to other areas than they were scheduled to work. I also learned to handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently. During this period I also took over our bowling league operations, processing scores and paperwork for several leagues and establishing a rapport with over 150 league bowlers. At the same time I was also asked to handle arcade operations in our center, including ordering and stocking merchandise for the prize store and crane games, conducting monthly inventory, and learning how to fix minor issues with over 70 arcade games and timely reporting of issues I could not fix alone.
