Here’s a bit of what I do at Coveo in Support.I worked the night shift for the first two years in a small team of two, which forced me to become autonomous and develop my expertise in the product quickly to give the best support possible. A little bit later, I was the lone Product Specialist on the night shift for some time, which required me to deal with all incoming support tickets over the night for all the different Coveo products.Before my return on the day shift, I mentored and coached two new Product Specialists based in the UK.Upon arriving on the day shift, I continued mentoring new hires and contributed more towards internal projects such as RCAs for customers and Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). I took a liking to the Knowledge Management aspect, and I'm currently learning everything about KCS, KM, and technical writing.TLDR :- I provide Coveo's partners and customers technical support for the Coveo Platform and the Coveo for Sitecore package.- I mentor and onboard new hires to the support team.- I create and update both internal and public knowledge documentation.- Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement Program, and contribution to other internal projects.- Knowledge-Centered Service trained.

Worked on multiple projects from creating websites, APIs and mobile app development.

Computer Programming

Learned Ruby on Rails, C# for REST API, Ruby GraphQL. Built an elevator algorithm with JavaScript, Python, C#, and a bit of GO. Used MySQL.
