Plan and prioritize work based on the current needs of the Allocating Board. Organized and maintain files, records, manuals, handbooks, and other related materials. Conducted meetings and carried out motions according to the views of the Allocating Board. Managed financial transactions for events ranging up to $25,000. Worked with Queens College administration on events that would happen on campus.

Keep track of financial records that would occur from the Allocating Board. This included making sure payments would be processed in a timely manner, keeping within budgets for events, and keeping a record book of transactions.

Took notes diligently during meetings, and used the notes to provide minutes for the meeting in which each action and motion was recorded, as well as updates on completed, current, and new projects. This position was tasked with keeping records of all events such that the information could be easily pulled should it be needed.
