Finally, we distill our data analysis and insight into guidance for critical decision making.My personal contributions to this team include:• Co-produced consumer research studies related to audio tech and hardware; organized research participants and utilized various tools to collect and deliver feedback.• Co-built 20+ large scale voice data collection projects for multi-billion dollar tech clients that involved recording 1000+ people across the globe in partnering recording studios to deliver 1MM+ audio assets plus metadata.• Co-created and engineered an 18+ month audio data collection project for the purpose of training smart home audio devices• Collected and analyzed large datasets to create dashboards and deliver realtime information about ongoing projects for stakeholders, both internal and external.• Recruited, trained, and maintained a 50-person research panel of “critical listening experts” to provide ongoing, specialized feedback for audio product research pipelines.• Delivered a 12+ month series of “critical listening” trainings to 100+ employees at a multi-billion dollar tech company to enhance cross-functional communication about audio perception between teams.• Co-produced an internal storyboard film for a well-known tech giant in order to ideate and demonstrate future audio products within their smart ecosystem. The film was then used to pitch future-facing audio products and features within their brand’s ecosystem to executive teams.

• Built our CRM and inbound marketing strategy from the ground up using Hubspot's marketing and sales tools to attract and convert customers• Curated and produced 100+ videos, podcasts and articles for company blog, social channels and newsletters; grew YouTube subscribers by 340%+ over a 3 year period, transforming the channel into an effective lead generation tool with 65%+ of new customers visiting the channel prior to purchasing our product.• Directed a marketing team of associates, video editors, content contributors, and partner agencies while reporting directly to the CEO. • Spearheaded a lead conversion pipeline that resulted in 45k+ email addresses collected from prospective leads. • Hosted and produced monthly community events featuring touring music producers, audio production software developers, and other audio industry professionals.
