Configuration and modification of SAP modules (such as Produmex and BEAS), as well as implementing and testing.Re-wrote the logic for Produmex Sales functions and views to adapt Produmex Sales Order Picklist generating tools to our unique needs, fixing several system bugs that were very time, labor, and performance costly in the process and satisfying Sales leadership as well as wholesale customers. Configuration and testing of SAP’s MRP module for fulfillment specific applications, working with senior leadership in Planning, Purchasing, and other departments to identify and provide solutions to real and/or potential problems. Created numerous automated dashboards that query live data from database server, as well as an interim MRP system that can be executed remotely. Utilize scripting languages as well for application. Created, monitored performance of, and continuously optimizing numerous application scripts. Creating new and highly valuable database queries that increase efficiency in several key fulfillment areas. Meeting and exceeding the needs and requests of the Continuous Improvement Manager, as well as other managers and VP’s. Re-structured warehouses in SAP and Produmex to increase picking efficiency through sequencing and OSE configuration. Currently working on 1-testing the Produmex Picklist Robot tool with Minimum Inventory Reserves parameter for specific channels and customers, 2-collecting data and analyzing manufacturing work order process and warehousing, and 3-various other small projects.
