I am a recent graduate of Canadore College's Aviation Technician, Avionics Maintenance programme. Through my hands-on college experience, I have worked on both single engine and twin engine fixed wing aircrafts such as Beechcraft C23, Beechcraft A100, Mooney MU2B8-10, and Piper PA-31P. During High School, I had the opportunity to Co-Op with Airbus Helicopters Canada (formerly Eurocopter). In this apprentice role, I worked closely in collaboration with licensed Avionics Technicians in the avionics shop and hanger assisting in day-to-day tasks and manufacturing equipment. Currently, I work as a Game Technician for HOCO Entertainment & Resorts, but I also have extensive machining, electrical, and robotics experience from my participation with FIRST Robotics Team 1503 GM Spartonics.I am currently looking for an apprenticeship opportunity within Canada that will provide me with the experience and mentorship necessary to obtain my Aircraft Maintenance Engineer "E" licence.
