Provide advice, best practices and guidance to assist clients with making good decisions and meeting project goals. Identify risk factors and proactively take corrective action to reduce risks and solve customer issues, escalating as required to ensure resolution. Produce, test and implement online campaigns including basic HTML editing, manipulation and loading of data files and configuration of software options. Work across functional areas to ensure client needs are meet and hand-offs are seamless. Collect and report client project results. Show less
