Moore Management Services is a CIMA orientated accounting firm based in Stellenbosch, South Africa, with a diverse client base of small and medium sized businesses.Preparation of Accounting Records and Monthly Statutory Reporting Processes• Posting of debtor and creditor invoices, processing of bank statements, month-end journals and finalising the Trial Balance.• Bank-, Debtor- and Creditor reconciliations.• Month-end non-cash journals such as depreciation-, provisions- and payroll journals.• Preparation and maintaining Fixed Asset Registers.• Preparation of monthly Management Statements.• Financial administration such as payments of creditors, salaries and various 3rd parties.• VAT calculations, reconciliations, and completion of VAT returns on e-filing.• Preparation of Budgets and Cash Flow Forecasts.Salary Administration• Maintaining payroll systems of my clients.• Calculation of Payroll Taxes and submission of EMP201.• Completion of EMP501 reconciliations.• Generation of IRP5 certificates.Financial Administration and Management• Monthly local payments to suppliers.• Management of supplier and customer payments.• Responsible for forex payments (GBP) and reconciliations of said accounts.• Administration and management of banking platforms.Preparation of Financial Statements and Calculation of Income Tax• Calculation of Corporate (Partnerships, Small, Medium Entities and Close Corporations) and Individual Income Tax, Provisional Tax and the completion of these returns on an annual or bi-annual basis.• Compilation of financial statements for individuals, companies and close corporations.• Independent review of financial statements for companies and close corporations.Internal auditing• Assisting in risk identification and control assessments, and conducting risk-based internal audits for clients in the Retail and Agricultural industries.
