I'm the Founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design, a global network of facilitators, coaches, and advisors dedicated to well-being. We believe that organizations must be intentionally designed to foster well-being, and we harness the best of scholarship and years of experience to help organizations unlock potential and bring out the best in their people.For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most recognized brands, non-profits, and public sector teams to co-create values-based cultures, develop positive leadership, and design systems that empower people to thrive.I frequently write and speak about applying the science of well-being in the workplace. My most recent article, "Meaningful Work, Well-Being, and Health: Enacting a Eudaimonic Vision," was published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. I also host the podcast Meaningful Work Matters, where we explore the intersection of purpose, well-being, and leadership.I'm a board member of the International Positive Psychology Association and chaired the 8th World Congress on Positive Psychology in 2023. Since 2013, I’ve been part of the instructional team for the University of Pennsylvania’s renowned Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program, and I’m a past president of its Alumni Association.Before founding Eudaimonic by Design, I was a senior advisor at LRN, focusing on governance, culture, and leadership. I also spent 13 years at BMO Financial Group, where I led strategy in both marketing and human resources, working on brand revitalization, leadership development, and high-performance culture.As an ICF-certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, I’m passionate about helping leaders and teams flourish. I’m based in Halifax, Canada.
