Healthily specialises in client education and behaviour change. We do this by delivering credible and engaging digital health information directly to the patient's phone or computer.My role is to create compelling voice user experiences using the latest conversation AI technology to help reach patients who don't currently engage with online health information.While still in the early days, Healthily conversation voice bots have already spoken with over 30,000 Australian healthcare patients about topics as varied as Long COVID Symptoms and the benefits of MyMedicare.Working closely with our AI platform vendor we are creating voice solutions that can scale to make 10,000 calls daily. This enables healthcare solutions that were previously cost-prohibitive or unable to be performed due to capacity issues.

+ Led a corporate initiative to investigate the potential benefits of pursuing unregulated telecommunications revenue.+ Responsibilities included: clarifying the terms of reference with executive sponsors; securing a $200K budget; procuring professional services to conduct a market scan (Ernst and Young); facilitating an internal capability assessment; and drafting the final report for executive endorsement.+ Whilst a significant revenue opportunity was identified, pursuing it was considered too much of a distraction from AusNet Services response to disruption in the Australian Energy Market.

+ Led business development for AusNet Services’ $12M telecommunications business which focuses on leasing towers, poles and fiber optic cables to telecommunications companies and electricity industry peers. + Responsibilities included: identifying and engaging with new customers; building a pipeline of validated opportunities; commercial negotiation and supporting business case development; and on-boarding new customers ensuring activation projects were delivered on time and within budget.+ Whilst in this role it became clear there was a substantial opportunity to pursue unregulated telecommunications revenue, and I lobbied key AusNet Services stakeholders to undertake a strategic review.
