My position involved:-• overseeing the desktop publishing of projects and coordinating the processing of editorial comments to documents relating to securities issues • managing the clients expectations by regular updates to progress • ensuring deadlines are met and processes are followed to maintain the highest quality of service • monitoring and control of project progress against the required plan and taking corrective action where necessary • quality checking • preparing and filing documents with local and international listing authorities • internal cost capturing • working with the relevant internal and external departments to specify the resource requirements for each stage of the project and ensure these can be provided • planning the printing and delivery of documents within tight and dynamic schedules to international locations
