• Completed the first half of the Platoon Leadership Course (PLC), which includes six weeks of condensed in depth militarization, known as Juniors, where candidates are placed in stressful situations to test their skills and abilities• Received specialized military training, education, and indoctrination, to include memorizing knowledge from the Officer Candidate Regulations handbook, participating in select classes and discussions, and receiving close order drill education• Participated in various physically challenging training events and evolutions, to include the Officer Course (O-Course), Stamina Course and Endurance Course, and Physical Fitness Tests (PFTs) as prescribed per the OCS schedule• Engaged in outdoor military training, including the Fire team Assault Course where we utilized OSMEAC (Orientation, Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration and Logistics, and Command and Signal) to accomplish overarching goals and objectives
