For more than 30 years, I have focused my litigation practice to provide cost effective representation in complex matters to a wide variety of businesses, including healthcare professionals and institutions, public electrical and natural gas utilities, industrial equipment and tool manufacturers, and life, health and disability insurance carriers. I have extensive courtroom experience, trying civil cases to jury verdict and through appeal in state and federal court. I have concentrated my trial practice in the defense of health care professionals, energy companies, product manufacturers, and life, health and disability insurance companies in matters involving catastrophic loss and excess insurance, contractual indemnity, and bad faith insurance claims, including claims where punitive damages and extra-contractual damages are sought.I have lectured extensively in the area of insurance fraud, bad faith and punitive damage exposure and the trial of civil cases, including cross-examination of the expert witness and presenting the company executive and corporate designee witness for deposition and trial.
