Directing operations for a Branch of Epic Landscape. Development and intentional execution of branch goals for growth and quality focusing on Communication, Expectations, and Accountability across all facets of the business. Organization and delegation of responsibilities to production and sales managers to maintain success.

Manage commercial and residential accounts for their individual landscape needs. Identify and provide bids/contracts to customers to maintain our landscape. High quality service and quick response time to build long-term business relationships focused on respect, accountability, and integrity.Oversee managers in the daily operation and production of the Turf, Tree & Shrub, and Detail departments. Setting goals for these departments and managers. Prioritizing safety and quality over quantity. OSHA, Hazmat, and Department of Agriculture compliance.

Oversee the daily operation and production of the Turf, Tree & Shrub, and Detail departments. Purchasing safe and eco-friendly products for these departments to apply across all types of plant life. Setting goals for educated and efficient staff to maintain healthy, pristine landscapes. Prioritizing safety and quality over quantity.Lawn Care: Staff a group of state certified turf pesticide applicators. Product research, purchasing, and implementation. Employee education of products and industry practices. Route efficiency and scheduling. State certification compliance. Hazmat and OSHA compliance. Scheduling truck and machine maintenance and repair.
Tree & Shrub: Purchasing of safe products to be applied on, or injected in, our ornamental plants and trees. Educating the staff on proper application techniques, timing, and best practices within the industry.
Detail: Maintain a weed and debris free landscape, including the application of pesticides, light shrub pruning, promoting the growth of desired plants. Employees need an eye for the out-of-place and understand sales opportunities when seen (wet area/drainage needs, plant replacement needs, pruning, pesticide needs, etc...).

Planning and executing daily lessons based on state standards. Participating in, and occationally leading, daily planning meetings. Interacting with the parents of students through different mediums, ie. phone, website, e-mail, voicemail, letters home. Head coach of the 7th and 8th grade Track teams. Assistant coach of the 8th grade Football team. Head coach of the MathCounts team. Sponser for the Disk Golf club. Set builder for the school theater.

Children ranging from 6 months to 13 years were involved in exercise and education. Planned events were executed by the staff to create a positive and entertaining atmosphere for kids. Teaching summer education/exercise classes was also included in my position here.
