National Account Sales Executive
In 2009, The Brandit Agency was created to support local and national companies elevate their brands through the sourcing, warehousing and fulfillment of quality branded apparel, print and promotional products at affordable prices. To meet the growing needs of our clients, The Brandit Agency additionally offers e-store technology and targeted marketing. As a National Account Sales Executive, I was responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. I worked to understand potential clients' needs and determine which solutions The Brandit Agency could provide in order to save our clients money and time that could then be re-invested into building their brands.
Campaign Manager
As the Campaign Manager for Marva Harris Preston's general election campaign to represent the people of Florida Senate District 3, I was primarily responsible for directing the day-to-day and ground operations of a campaign that spanned eleven (11) counties (Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Hamilton, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla) and was nearly four (4) hours or two-hundred (200) miles by car from the City of Port St. Joe in the west to the City of Jasper in the east.Following a resounding win in the Republican Primary, I joined the campaign and oversaw the establishment of the campaign's general election infrastructure. To build out the campaign operation, I started by searching for and selecting a campaign headquarters as well as recruiting and hiring operational campaign staff members to coordinate/schedule campaign events and increase outreach efforts all across the district's eleven counties. While the campaign's efforts ultimately came-up short, we managed to out perform the districts strong Democrat lean (D+21) by receiving super-majorities of up to 78% of the vote in six (6) counties and 60% in one (1) county. Overall, the campaign ended within less than 7% points of a win in a historically Democrat-held seat.
Deputy Director Of Legislative & External Affairs
In this role, I oversaw the appropriation and legislative proposal processes of the Department in close collaboration with the Legislative Affairs team. I tracked and conducted analysis of filed legislation to define impacts on the Department. Furthermore, I also created and delivered talking points, policy papers and presentations, including various areas of the Department.A key contribution I made at the Department included my overseeing the successful passage of House Bill 5301, a Department and Governor DeSantis priority, as Acting-Director of Legislative Affairs for the Department during the 2019 regular legislative session.
Site Advance For 2019 Inaugural Committee
The 2019 Ron DeSantis Inaugural Committee was responsible for the fundraising and planning of events surrounding the swearing-in of Ron DeSantis as Florida's 46th Governor. As a site lead, I identified, selected and coordinated with vendors and Inaugural staff to put together two events in Miami and Tallahassee (respectively). The event in Miami was rally style and provided area supporters an opportunity to hear from the newly elected Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and community leaders. Whereas, the event in Tallahassee was a gala style candle-lit dinner and an opportunity for the Governor-elect to thank his financial supporters in a more intimate setting.
Regional Field Director
I assisted in the recruiting and building of the statewide regional field program and was responsible for directing overall regional grassroots operations in seven counties across Central Florida (Flagler, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia). Within my region, I was responsible for recruiting and training student interns and volunteers on utilizing "Advantage Mobile" ( a mobile app) to contact voters via canvassing and phone banking. Additionally, I mentored and trained fellow regional field staff in accomplishing their regional field duties.

I was responsible for directing overall regional grassroots operations in nine counties across North Florida (Gadsden, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor and Wakulla) before being promoted to oversee Brevard County and later Citrus, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pasco counties. Within my region, I was responsible for recruiting and training student interns and volunteers on utilizing "i360" and later "Advantage Mobile" (mobile apps) to contact voters via canvassing and phone banking. Additionally, I mentored and trained fellow regional field staff in accomplishing their regional field duties. As an example to my student interns ,volunteers, and fellow regional staff; I personally knocked on over 4,000 distinct households.
Legislative Coordinator
During my time at the the Department, I improved the communication process between Department divisions and the Office of Legislative Affairs in order to coordinate the review of filed legislation and the official response to constituent inquiries on behalf of the Department.I was additionally responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis on federal and state public policy concerning certain businesses and professions regulated by the Department.
