The Department of Management Services (DMS) is responsible for the business operations and workforce operations of Florida’s state government and public entities to better serve Florida citizens. DMS pledges to successfully deliver quality products, services and support to 1.1 million customers including state agencies, employees & retirees; universities; community colleges; and local governments and their retirees.
