Through my experience in managing fast-paced, high complexity projects and teams, I have developed a love for challenges and continuous improvement. I have a need for structure, planning, and professionalism while possessing an unwavering amount of emotional intelligence. I am continuously being molded and challenged by the problems I get to help solve. I have had the pleasure of executing strategic manufacturing plans that have proven successful for the business and employees alike. I strive to provide employees with professional leadership that is focused on their success. My desire to perform excels in high-energy cultures that are focused and collaborative. My experiences in management and operations have spanned various disciplines including strategic production scheduling across multiple departments, process development and implementation, project management, workforce skill development, new customer strategies, and quality assurance. Through these experiences, I have found that those who are well-rounded are best fit to face new challenges head-on. I have labeled myself a lifetime student. I know that learning is the only path to improvement. Be it a small change or significant, moving forward holds more opportunity than the past. I have embraced that mindset as I continue my education at OIT for my BaS in Technology and Management.
