First and foremost, I am a hard worker and extremely passionate about whatever I am doing. Be it school, clubs, or work I put my best foot forward and give all of my effort to accomplish the task at hand. Since I was a toddler, I have been fascinated with how things work and outer space. As a kid, I loved to play with my dads tools and dissect them. This passion prompted me to major in Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly. This field perfectly suits me, as it covers a wide variety of engineering disciplines and allows me to enter the aerospace field if I choose to do so. At Cal Poly my favorite classes are those that deal with analyzing structures and systems in different environments and circumstances.In my free time I love to spend time in the outdoors biking, hiking, surfing, or snowboarding which has instilled a love for the outdoors for me. The environment holds a special place in my heart and is why I am devoted to creating a sustainable future through alternative forms of energy. This prompted me to get involved with PROVE Lab at Cal Poly, a club dedicated to producing alternative energy vehicles capable of breaking world records.Sports have also played a pivotal role in who I am today. In high school, I played Football for four years which instilled an attitude of hard work in leadership in me, shaping who I am today.
