Monitored grants made on a bi-annual basis including project visits and drafting bi-annual reports for trustees.Developed improved procedures for recording project details, application forms reporting and contracts. Developed partnerships with corporates, foundations and individual donors to market BLA as a credible intermediary.Organised volunteer opportunities for various groups to partner with projects and supported them both financially and physically through volunteering.Around R14 million allocated per year.Reported directly to the Director and Board of DirectorsInstrumental in creating and developing a small grants fund (Multi-Agency Grants Initiative) in partnership with a number of major donors. -
