Key responsibilities:- Conducting face to face interviews with shoppers to assess their shopping behaviour and buying patterns.- Logging consumer insight information on to a national database.- Creating weekly status reports and updates for the Company Director.- Actively discussing trends in consumer spending and buying patterns with the team.

Key responsibilities:- Reporting to Site Manager & Operations Manager on a daily basis.- Overseeing the running of milk powder production plant – compiling stock sheets, yields files and efficiency sheets during each shift.- Working closely with production staff (30 employees), signing off on daily operator guideline sheets for production (correct total solids, pasteurisation temperature etc.).- Briefing the oncoming Shift Manager on the status of production plant.- Managing the computerised switching and cleaning of 6 x 100ft milk silos on a daily basis.- Reconciling all weighbridge receipts - amending and updating the database, as required. - Testing finished milk powder products to ensure goods met with specifications.- Monitoring chemicals used in CIP, paying attention to temperature, strength, conductivity, daily usage and general appearance of each chemical. - Managing the weekly staff roster and holiday cover, distribution of wages and wage slips.- Communicating and coordinating with maintenance staff and machine operators in the event of machine breakdown or part(s)-malfunction.
