I work with a dedicated team of Strategic Account Managers across the East & West Midlands.We are responsible for ensuring NHS teams and patients, across the Region, benefit from the breadth of solutions available from EMIS Group.At EMIS we continue to pioneer integrated systems; to provide tools to support efficiency within the NHS and to help improve the patient journey.

This role involved selling specialist dental software to dental practices, this was initially a new business role, however this changed after a period of time into new business and account management. My key achievement during this time was trebling the customer base. I was also directly involved with setting up and running our own team of telesales, this had not been done before and proved to be extremely successful in generating appointments. I interviewed, trained and managed the team. I was directly responsible for increasing the customer base from 85 to 380 practices.

This was a temporary contract position servicing existing accounts. My role was to visit high street newsagents and introduce new product ranges and to take orders for further stock.

Presence were a web design dotcom. My role was new business selling web design services to a wide range of companies. This was my first experience of consultative selling, exploring customer's needs and producing proposals.

Initially I joined the company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working solely on new business. I then moved into financial recruitment my key achievement being resurrecting the Britannia Assurance account, collecting 900 vacancies worth 270k.
