I am currently a third-grade teacher at Crestview Elementary School in Henrico County Public Schools. As an elementary teacher, I plan and implement lessons in all content areas for a diverse group of students with varying needs, assess and analyze student performance data to guide instruction, and establish and enforce classroom routines and procedures that maintain student safety and wellbeing. I collaborate and communicate with parents using various communication methods to inform them of student progress and needs. Additionally, I strengthen community and family relations by regularly attending student extracurricular events such as artistic performances, sporting events, and multicultural celebrations.
