Supported Learning Environments Operations team with LMS transition, project planning and university-wide project communications, including BAU activities, delivery of staff LMS training, scheduled LMS maintenance, user acceptance testing, development, and upgrades.Assisted academic and professional staff navigating university supported educational technologies, policies and systems, and provided advice and practical assistance to academic staff over the telephone, face to face and via web conferencing on subject design and delivery.

Built technical competence in academic staff across a number of modalities and settings including over the telephone, via screen-sharing applications as well as face-to-face teacher support sessions and workshops. Engaged with the support of teaching academics across a variety of educational technologies and platforms to find technical and practical solutions to problems teachers were having in using various technologies to facilitate subject delivery.

Managed all facets of successful ICT infrastructure project design, build deployment, and monitored multiple project workflows across various units to ensure milestones were met. Designed and delivered SAP system training and supported internal and external partners to ensure workflow of activity and delivery of projects occurred on time in full. Supported projects pre-deployment and travelled nationally as focal point for supply related activities to support and facilitate engagement practices between project stakeholders, and secure efficient, high performing and cost effective fulfilment of supply contractual agreements.

Involved with business transition, training (SAP), and provided support and documentation with follow-up one-to-one sessions (face-to-face and online) to ensure understanding of SAP and functional requirements around SOX legislation. More of a ‘train the trainer’ paradigm which was more about instilling ways of doing, I supported with raw material inventory reporting, production scheduling, delivery performance monitoring, quarantine and trade compliance, including H/W asset purchasing, decommissioning and local server administration.

As well as supporting with hardware configuration and deployment scheduling analysis, I coordinated ICT hardware procurement, component integration and end-to-end order management for large scale Government security technology projects. Awarded as part of team for delivering seamless integration and implementation of over 16,000 discreet assets and related services rolled out over a 3 month period - setting a benchmark in the industry.

Principle contact for Shell’s diesel fuel rebate scheme, bulk aviation fuel and government contracts and reported directly to the ATO and management on input and maintenance of all SAP, Diesel Fuel rebate and E-Commerce data. Supported application and data analysts towards using business application systems such as SAP and developed clearer processes and heuristics for navigating complex SAP configuration for client implementation in-line with SOX regulations by creating static and online resources; in other words I created an ‘on-ramp’ by introducing an easier and more streamlined process for approaching SAP for new analysts. Trained management and a new team of Analysts in the Philippines and conducted 'train the trainer' sessions that involved utilising cultural understanding and varied communication techniques within a matrix management structure.
