As a technical product expert, assessing customers unique technology needs. Designs, plans, and manages the implementation of service solutions using the Ivanti suite of solution products. Collaborate with customers and other internal departments to create a vision of user-oriented IT solutions. Leading the effort to building solutions compatible with customers needs. Facilitates the sale of solutions and then supervising the development and integration of those solutions for customers. As part of my role I am responsible for the successful execution of new services solutions, both in the application of products to improve customers’ IT environment and the ability to reuse developed solutions on future implementations.Current Responsibilities- Perform needs analysis, information gathering on client expectations and technical baselines for writing or technical review of architectural designs.- Provide basic project management for assigned projects to ensure successful deployments of Ivanti products – primarily AppSense products- Perform consultation, implementation, documentation, and knowledge transfer for billable engagements.- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis activities against both Ivanti products and peripheral technologies to establish problem cause and recommend solutions.- Maintain and develop knowledge of the Ivanti solutions portfolio – primarily the AppSense products – and be able to discuss and demonstrate them as possible expansion projects at all levels within a customer account.- Conduct consulting engagements and deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner.- Help document best practices in developing and deploying solutions- Creates and implements reusable solutions through product configuration, development of custom work flows and processes, and systems integration.
