I architected product solutions through multiple key project initiatives.Selected projects:• AWS Migration: Created architecture to migrate corporate portal to AWS cloud solution.• Revenue Audit & Compliance: Streamlined audit process to reduce costs by creating standardized interface across audit types—generated $1 million in annual cost savings.• GRS Implementation Tool: Created application on Salesforce platform to enable scheduling, management, and reporting abilities for hotel migrations from legacy platform to Amadeus Guest Reservation System (GRS).• People DB Decommission: Replaced legacy database with microservices. Enabled import success/failure email reporting.

I enhanced operational effectiveness through workflow streamlining across branding and data management solutions.Selected projects:• Brand Standards: Allowed management, publishing, and measuring of brand standards. Created $100,000 in annual savings by reducing printed manual use.• Media File Upload: Architected database management system to upload and view images and videos. Enabled file saving to FTP server and database with thumbnail previews and video playback.

I identified sprint priorities and prepared the stories backlog in collaboration with the product management team. I also encouraged feedback for continuous improvement during all product development lifecycle phases.
