- The beginning of my career at Brazil Expansion Group was as an internal salesperson, where I developed skills such as: Excellence in communication, creation of rapport, congruence between posture and transmission of emotion to the client, and not least, the stimulation of creation and self-motivation.- I was later assigned to the position of sales supervisor where I started with 20 salespeople under my leadership, in which I had the pleasure of acquiring skills such as: Creation, application of feedback, posture, team engagement, weekly, monthly and quarterly planning.- After 7 months in a supervisory position, I was presented with an opportunity to sell a CRM where I was part of the system's sales and support team, holding B2B meetings with businesspeople from different sectors throughout the country, in addition to support from the system system I also provided consultancy support to the sales team of partner companies. Creation of marketing materials such as creating flyers, editing videos for campaigns and creating newsletters and product portfolios.
