With nearly 20 years of experience in people management and the development of digital solutions, covering the entire customer lifecycle, I have specialized in service design, credit product management (LaaS, CaaS), customer experience management, and open innovation management.Currently, I am serving as the Superintendent of Customer Success at Atento, helping to exponentially enhance the "Dream CX" at the largest digital real estate company in Brazil.Before joining Atento, I had the privilege of actively participating in enterprise banking projects (LaaS), developing the B2B commercial strategy for the Locaweb ecosystem through the concept of "embedded finance" and leading thousands of people across various multimillion-dollar businesses with a consistent track record of meeting goals. I led the structuring and management of Customer Success squads for the largest digital bank in Brazil, in an outsourcing model. Additionally, I managed Innovation and Product areas, developing innovative solutions to improve customer experience and generate operational efficiency in sectors such as Benefits, Health, Insurance, Telecom, and Industry.
