The role entails execution of the product roadmap, while balancing the operational needs of live customers as well as supporting the business development team in closing new contracts. I was responsible for two teams within the group.== Developer Experience team ==The DevX team is responsible for making it as simple as possible for merchants to integrate with Primer's payment ecosystem. Their goal is to make the coding overhead as little as possible for merchants for the common cases, while still providing control for advanced use cases. This covers updating cross-platform SDKs, maintaining the public API, writing documentation and of course supporting the delivery team.== Checkout team ==The Checkout team is responsible for exposing new payment methods into the ecosystem and to control the checkout user experience. Their goal is to serve the end user with a great UI, but also by providing the merchant with the tools to solve their business needs. This entails updating cross-platform SDKs, maintaining a checkout configuration dashboard, exposing the payment experience using a headless and drop-in UI and the product design of them all.

The Product Manager role focuses on market trends, business modeling and strategic planning for the long-term vision of a product line. Once the strategic vision is established, the PM role requires collaborating with a number of product development teams to build the components necessary to ensure the delivery of a product line.Simultaneously, the Product Owner role focuses on delivering reusable components that serve all of Entersekt's product lines. This entails gathering the business cases for all product lines, scoping out and executing on delivery timelines to ensure the success of each product line.

The product catalogue for an eCommerce company is crucial to its success. It can also be the largest and most complex part of the system. Catalogue information is used throughout the chain from onboarding new products, serving the information to customers and then putting it through the logistics chain with stock management and so on.I needed to balance all of those stakeholder interests, in addition to help with modernising the legacy infrastructure. Various project were performed, including much needed database cleanups, rearchitecting the data models, updating automatic ingestion mechanism (e.g. for creating product pages for new books automatically) and supporting other teams that were dependent on the catalogue data.

With an in-depth understanding of FEKO and its processes, I have also coordinated integration between applications across development teams in different countries.

After Altair acquired EMSS, I continued in my role as product owner and UX designer for FEKO. While remaining true to its origins, being a part of Altair provided FEKO with new opportunities. Equally, I was able to develop my skills by integrating FEKO applications with other fields of engineering for customers spanning the automotive, aerospace, defence and biomedical industries (among others).

With solid training as an antenna design engineer, I joined the FEKO engineering team at EMSS (later rebranded to alphawave) to serve in the software development process as a Product Owner. Here, I refined my skills in the areas of software development methodologies, user centred design, user experience and engineering. When training customers to use the product, I was exposed to their various industries within their operating contexts and cultures.

While working with Gérac, I was involved with operations pertaining to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurement. My experience in working with electromagnetic simulation software enabled me to help analyse their test configurations and to provide insight into its underlying physical properties. As a French company, my communication skills (both written and oral) were refined to ensure clear understanding across cultural and linguistic boundaries.

My task was to internalise the current state of a spoken dialogue system (SDS) and to create a single, unified product that could measure the fluency with which a caller over a telephone spoke the English language. Starting points included sophisticated signal processing algorithms as well as telephony hardware. Once the systems were merged, a set of tests were configured and the system was documented.

I created part of a software interface using C# for a contract in the agriculture sector. The customer required a tool to help improve operations, which needed to be presented to a target user base with varying backgrounds and various levels of proficiency.
