As a RPA Service Manager, my responsibilities included management of the infrastructure and licenses, development, monitoring, updating and troubleshooting RPA processes, knowledge sharing, and training of a trainee and citizen developers (one-to-one & group workshops). Duties also included the creation and development of a governance framework for the internal RPA, and liaisoning with other RPA organizations within the PwC network (primarily Nordics & UK)In spring 2020 I also served as the general PM for a datacenter exit (~60 servers), managing and communicating the overall status, as well as handling the decommission/migration of a few servers.

During this time, I was responsible of implementing and maintaining the infrastructure for internal usage of RPA. I was also in charge of creating an RPA-related organization on the business side, which resulted in two different organizations for different purposes. I also organized a few training sessions for business analyst role as well as Build-a-Bot workshops. As part of managing the RPA service, I collaborated with other network territories, mostly within the Nordics.Other tasks included developing RPA solutions for both audit and tax departments and guiding a trainee in her work with RPA. I also participated in a few system upgrades with the tasks including system integration work through SSIS.

During this year I was in charge of installing and implementing the RPA platform as well as the daily maintenance of the platform and virtual machines. I also acted as the Business Analyst and the Developer in a few RPA projects. Other tasks included developing the document management system and supporting end users. I also took part in a few new system implementations, mainly as a tester and IT supporter.

Main task was maintaining and improving the process of exchanging workstations from windows 7 to windows 10.Other tasks were self learning about RPA and assisting in general service desk tasks.

Recruitment of subjects to interview as well as conducting interviews, both in person and over the phone, with the aim being linguistic validation of medical texts and questionnaires. The job also included writing detailed summaries of the result of the interviews.

Tasks included customer service over phone, e-mail and in the shop as well as assembly and service of all sorts of computers. Other tasks included handling of orders, collecting and packing of postal orders and updating product databases.Total work experience during employment: approximately 1 year 2 months.
