• In charge of the teams which are directly responsible for the preparation all type of journals relevant to the business activities engaged.

• Preparation of reports of different types e.g., ManagementInformation Pack, Variance analysis & Commentary pack, Inter Company Mismatch Reports, etc.
• Corresponding with the client (UK – OnshoreManagement) on matters pertaining to the above matters.

• Overall in charge of audits and directly responsible for the proper planning, conduct and timely completion offieldwork.
• Preparation of reports of different types e.g., Audit Reports to shareholders, Management Reports to the Board of Directors on evaluations carried out on the accounting systems and operations, Audit reports to overseas.
• Preparation of consolidated accounts of groups of companies.
• Preparation of detailed computation of taxation.
• Corresponding with client staff on matters pertaining to the proper conduct of the audit, including timing ofaudit and reporting requirements.
• Corresponding with overseas auditors on matters relating to audits of multi-national organizations.
