1. Heading the tax unit of the Bank which is responsible for the accurate computation of the tax liabilityof the Bank and timely payment of all sorts of taxes such as Income Tax, VAT on Financial Services,Value Added Tax and Stamp Duty and the compliance with all tax related compliances such as returnfiling.2. Providing the tax advices to the top management of the Company in case of the changes in the taxlegislation of the country3. Proactive tax planning in annual budgets and forecasting4. Proactive involvement in the Impairment of Financial Assets Computation of the Bank as per IFRS 9 tobring the maximum tax benefit to the Bank5. Proactively managing other allowable and disallowable expenses of the bank to create values 6. Heading the payment unit which is responsible for all the vendor payments of the Bank and monthend provisioning of operating expenses of the Bank.7. Managing the Fixed assets of the Bank which includes capitalization, disposals and the maintenanceof the Fixed Assets register and establishing controls relating to the Fixed Assets of the Bank.

Overall in charge of audits and directly responsible for the proper planning, conduct and timely completion offieldwork.• Preparation of reports of different types e.g., Audit Reports to shareholders, Management Reports to the Board of Directors on evaluations carried out on the accounting systems and operations, Audit reports to overseas group auditors in relation to the audits ofmulti-national companies, Memoranda to the Partner on audit issues, for their attention and consideration, etc.• Preparation of consolidated accounts of groups of companies.• Preparation of detailed computation of taxation.• Corresponding with client staff on matters pertaining to the proper conduct of the audit, including timing ofaudit and reporting requirements.• Corresponding with overseas auditors on matters relating to audits of multi-national organizations.
