• Creating a 5 star candidate experience by greeting onsite candidates and acting as a point of contact for the talent acquisition team throughout the recruitment life cycle

• Conducting full recruitment processes for various IT positions (including pre interview, communication strategy, selection etc.)
• Consulting regarding recruitment’s plan

• Cooperating with StartUps, mid to large software houses and IT companies
• Participate in recruiting processes internally for recruiter positions
• Being a partner both for companies and Candidates in recruitment processes
