• Conducting full recruitment processes for various IT positions (including pre interview, communication strategy, selection etc.)• Consulting regarding recruitment’s plan• Sourcing and research (including active search)• Cooperating with StartUps, mid to large software houses and IT companies• Participate in recruiting processes internally for recruiter positions• Being a partner both for companies and Candidates in recruitment processes• Providing feedback to Candidates
