In my current position I am used to working in a highly pressurized environment. Part of my duties included producing and implementing strategic business plans for the organization, identifying highly efficient and competent people, products and services required to achieve the organisational objectives. I participate in the evaluation and introduction of new product and service proposals, preparing products and services for launch, inter alia covering the distribution strategy, pricing, branding, packaging and market communication, making sure that I provide my sales team with the necessary sales tools, the highest quality product, training and technical assistance. Sales and product reports and monitoring post launch results, implementing corrective actions where necessary until the final objective has been achieved on a sustainable basis form part of my activities. My aim is to assist my sales team in reaching their full potential, through weekly sales reviews and positive re-enforcement by working closely with them in all aspects of their job requirements.
