In my current position I am used to working in a highly pressurized environment. Part of my duties included producing and implementing strategic business plans for the organization, identifying highly efficient and competent people, products and services required to achieve the organisational objectives. My aim is to assist my sales team in reaching their full potential, through weekly sales reviews and positive re-enforcement by working closely with them in all aspects of their job requirements. I am a competitive, reliable, hardworking and an enthusiastic individual who is analytical and use my initiative to be pro-active. My logical and practical nature enables me to, when necessary, analyze situations and come up with viable solutions to problems.
