From Executive Management in Marketing, Sales, to General Management, Strategy, and People and Organisational Development.Over the years, I've held executive and board positions in distinguished companies such as Libstar Ltd., Tiger Brands Ltd., Premier Foods (Pty) Ltd., Barloworld Ltd., and Reckitt Benckiser plc.Throughout this journey, I've played a pivotal role in building iconic brands that have become household names. From Koo and All Gold to Tastic, Lancewood, and many others, my work has left an indelible mark on brands that resonate with all South African consumers. Additionally, during my tenure at Libstar Ltd., I strategically contributed to the growth of private-label brands for retailers.Notably, I was part of the foundational executive team that transformed Libstar into a listed Group with a turnover of approximately R10 billion.☐ Achievements and Leadership Qualities ☐The most rewarding achievements for me have been the people I've had the privilege of developing and leading towards the attainment of their personal goals and ambitions.I bring to the table leadership qualities of respect, integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to lead, align, and inspire teams.
