As Partner Sales Manager I am responsible to develop and grow the business with quality. Increase Telavox brand and awearness in Sweden. I'm responsible to further develop our partner network by contracting new top performing partners.Main areas:• Involved in developing the entire business, where we changed focus from quantity to quality and launched a brand new Partner strategy in december 2015.• I am responsible for establishing an individual sales plan including sales budget for each Partner.• I also act as a "trusted advisor" to Partners, to help and close great opportunities on a high level.• Plan and implement partner agreements and counduct sales training and continually develop the partner's expertise and knowledge of Telavox entire range of services.

Primary description: B2B – Senior Sales- Host meetings to present and implement complex switchboards and PBX-systems in a businessoriented, concrete and understandble way. - Negotiate with CIOs, CTOs, financial accountants and MD/Chief excecutives.- Educate new employees to succefully understand "the Telavox way" and help them improve their sales technique.- Responsible for planning fairs and other events in the Stockholm region.Are you interested of what Telavox can do for your company?
