I've been with Grundfos in the heart of the Business Development organization for almost 7 years now.After completing my EUX Business with specialty in Administration, I started as Trainee in a Global PMO, and was after my education hired as Project Assistant in the same function.In the past years I had a wide variety of responsibilities & tasks in changing organizations, so you can say I am not new to changes influenced by strategic directions which change rapidly in the current era of Grundfos due to an extensive divisionalization of the company.In general I like to have a variety of tasks with short deadlines and in parallel something which requires more Project Management approach and involves stakeholders which can be on various levels and also external. To put the diversity in my portfolio of tasks in to perspective:For a period of time I was almost fully occupied as Project Assurance role for the many external consultants invited in to help improve Resource & Portfolio Management, e.g. supporting on Contracts, NDA's, PO's, Setting up interviews, etc.The next day I could be lead on agreeing with PA's on all levels how to plan the years cross functional meetings best possible with multiple senior stakeholders.In the mean time with my daily work, I have had a double role as employee elected Work environmental representative & also part (interim head) of the Emergency Preparedness group.I am as profile recognized by as being pro-active, well-liked, having exceptional Stakeholder management skills & having the will to speak up if I see something is not working as intended, e.g. processes, Systems, Communication flows. It is my experience it is highly valued by decision makers to be made aware if data, processes etc. which are there to enable speed, Innovation & consequently good business are not working as intended.Before my Grundfos time I have been self employed Business owner and before that I traveled the North Seas with DFDS as repair man after completing my 4 year education as Ship Fitter.On the personal side I live in Viborg, luckily close to the golf course as I am a golf enthusiast.Besides that I enjoy spending time with my son, go hiking and building lego.
