What started as a passion for solving business problems by delivering innovative and lasting software solutions, evolved into a passion for enabling business agility and sustainable profitability through the cultivation of high quality, human-centric systems and processes. With over 2 decades of work in technology focused roles as both IC and leadership, I have found that the most complex, interesting, and impactful challenges that I have tackled involve people, culture, and systems. Without those things working in balance, the rest of the organization’s efforts will encounter friction that reduces engagement, hampers performance, and causes frustration as well as wasted effort.I have spent the last decade translating my exemplary discovery, analysis, communication, and execution skills from developing and delivering software to developing and rolling out effective systems and processes.
